WHO I AM

I’m Nina, nice to meet you!

I started my career in 2008 with a traditional photography apprenticeship in Lower Saxony, Germany. After that, I spent many years in Hamburg – first in portrait photography, and later taking on responsibility and leadership in a photo studio. I learned a lot, saw a lot, and did a lot.

In 2016, the next step followed: a degree in 3D Game Art & Animation, also in Hamburg. At the same time, I continued working as a photographer – mainly product and e-commerce photography, as well as post-production – and worked in various agencies until 2020. Image, technology, and design have always been my guiding thread.

The desire to do something entirely my own became increasingly concrete:
From 2020 to 2024, I ran my concept store TWO GREENS – an urban jungle project focused on plants, design, and atmosphere. Intense, challenging, beautiful – and definitely formative.

Then came a pause I hadn’t chosen:
A year of standstill due to breast cancer. A time that changed a lot
– perspectives, priorities, pace. Today, I can say: I beat cancer. And now I’m back.

Now I’m starting fresh – as a freelancer.
With experience in photography, 3D, design, agency work, and running my own business. Calmer than before, clearer in mind, and full of enthusiasm for great projects.

I now live near Bremen and enjoy the peace it brings.
More focus, less city noise – and the perfect place for a fresh start.
